As a collaborative relationship between HRSS and other organizations, Partnerships have enabled us to work toward shared goals leveraging opportunities, resources and expertise in our filed of work.

Accountability & Transparency
recognizing this need, HRSS has committed itself to transparency and accountability not only towards donors, but also towards the people and communities we work in. This has enabled us to evaluate our actual performance allowing for continuous improvements in our work. We also embrace accountability to the organization, financial management and have systems in place to ensure employees are held accountable when they fail to meet up to the demands of their job, in the same way they are recognized when they do good work. This is done though setting clear and measurable goals/expectations as well as measuring and reviewing results.

Teamwork
HRSS staffs work as a team on the basis of mutual respect and accountability, consultations and collaboration. In our work we seek to understand the views and ideas of others, as well as to recognize the positive contributions of each person, so as to build strong interpersonal relationships within and beyond our organization.
