Hope Restoration South Sudan (HRSS) is a National Women led Non-Governmental Organization-NNGO registered with Ministry of Justice also registered with Relief and Rehabilitation Commission (RRC) with Headquarters in Central Equatorial State – Juba South Sudan and with Coordination offices in Unity State, Malakal state, Upper Nile state and Jonglei State. Hope Restoration was founded in 2010 by an Elite – Mrs. Angelina Nyajima who believes that social transformation towards sustainable development in South Sudan is possible through engagement of the local community in the development process.
HRSS is committed to mobilizing the communities to determine their own development and self-determination and seeks to secure their rights to dignified lives, this is to be done through, capacity building, research and proactive measures of dialogue, lobbying and advocacy, documentation, information management, livelihoods diversification and use of appropriate technologies.
The core values constitute HRSS operational principles, relationship with society-the children, women, the staff, and the partners, other NGOs and the government at local, state and GOSS. HRSS attitude is shaped by these operational principles and incorporates the confidence to act in and on the world in a way that HRSS believes can be effective and have an impact, and an acceptance of responsibility for the social and physical conditions ‘out there’. Our Approach To Programming

- To increase the quality of services rendered so as to maximize programs’ impact on the vulnerable
- Increased access to quality and reliable healthcare and education services for women and girls
- Advocacy and lobbying for Women’s rights and empowerment programs
- To provide assistance for the most vulnerable members in the community through distribution of emergency food and non-food items
- To enhance communication and information sharing with partners, communities we work with and other relevant stakeholders.
- To expand physical presence to all the states in South Sudan
- Increase the availability and improve the utilization of organizational resources and funds
