We aim towards maximum efficiency & effectiveness in our programming by ensuring our resources are directed towards our mission of promoting the rights and well-being of women, children, youth and other vulnerable groups.
- Strengthen advocacy, linkages, collaboration and partnerships on GBV issues through consolidating livelihoods for women and other vulnerable groups and communities HRSS works with.
- Enhance the protection of children, women, youth and persons with disability including minority groups in the community.
- Enhance peace building and community security in the community
- Build the capabilities of citizens and local organizations in rural communities
- Enhance and strengthen the capacity of the HRSS Executive Board to effectively perform its functions.
