On 23 October, our Founder and Executive Director, Angelina Jial, took part in a high-level meeting at Lambeth Palace in London with global church leaders, UK Government delegates and Norway’s Minister of Development.
Angelina shared the unfolding humanitarian situation in South Sudan and how aid cuts have affected an already dire situation for the people we serve.
After two weeks on the road
The meeting followed two weeks of the Autumn Roadshow across England and Wales, where Angelina met churches and other stakeholders to speak about the situation in South Sudan and the work of HRSS.
